Garza Salazar is equally at home performing major works by Bach, Beethoven, Rachmaninoff and any relevant composer, His recitals always present different styles and time periods.

throughout his career, Mauricio Garza Salazar has had the honor of performing music by his countrymen in different continents. His presentations in Australia, Asia, North America and Europe showcasing works by Ponce, Castro, chávez and Moncayo position him as an ambassador of the Music created in Mexico.
This is a fascinating concept where the pianist presents elevated Mexican music, composed specifically for piano, that reflects aspects and features of Mexican culture and its people, like joy and optimism but also solemnity and respect towards our origins.
