MUSICAL ESSENCES OF MEXICO

Recital with piano works by Mexican composers

throughout his career, Mauricio Garza Salazar has had the honor of performing music by his countrymen in different continents.  His presentations in Australia, Asia, North America and Europe showcasing works by Ponce, Castro, Chávez and Moncayo position him as an ambassador of the Music created in Mexico.

This is a fascinating concept where the pianist presents high-class Mexican music, composed specifically for piano, that reflects aspects and features of mexican people, like joy and optimism but also solemnity and respect about our origins.
